Anxiety and stress
When I first trained to be a cognitive hypnotherapist I had no idea how many ways people could have a problem. One thing is for sure, we are all fellow strugglers!
There are so many people who suffer from anxiety and stress that it is astounding. So many people who on the surface of things seem to be coping but (not that far) underneath and in a state of blind panic most of the time.
In fact a great deal of the time anxiety and stress are in some way connected to the 'most popular' phobia of em' all, the fear of other people which has it's basis in our biggest emotional fear of all (one that we are born with) the fear of rejection.
There isn't a person on planet earth who in someway hasn't been touched by that fear. Almost every problem you have ever had can be traced back to your fear of rejection by why is rejection such a big issue for us Homo Sapiens? I'll tell you if you come and see me!

Anxiety attacks affect many people in various ways. Some say they feel lost, desperate and more frightened than they have ever felt before. Also they have the physical symptoms of a racing heart, sweaty hands, and tightness of the chest and a feeling of sickness. Adding the psychological feelings of paranoia and a detached feeling of mentally floating this is a truly unpleasant feeling all round.
Anxiety is usually triggered by specific situations, whether it be facing up to relationship issues, socialising or involving work it can affect any part of our lives this means that people will do whatever they can to avoid those situations. This is of course not a solution in itself as it can infringe on their day to day functions and ultimately lead to a poorer standard of living than they would like which in turn can make the anxiety worse still.
Trying to control anxiety consciously can be extremely difficult as it can often end up making matters worse. If a person focuses on their symptoms consciously it can serve to amplify those symptoms. In a way, it's a bit like pouring petrol on a fire.
This means that by trying to think yourself out of an anxiety attack can start a vicious circle which will only serve to increase the symptoms. Using Cognitive Hypnotherapy NLP and EFT is a very effective way to treat these symptoms. This is because with all three disciplines we are working with your unconscious mind. This is the part where all your memories are stored all of your beliefs and all of your learned responses, and that is where the whole problem of anxiety attacks lie, somewhere deeply embedded in your unconscious.

With Cognitive Hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT I will work on the unconscious mind to find out what the triggers are which start the anxiety and then work to remove them.

Session Based Cognitive Hypnotherapy
Each session costs £95 and can last up to 75 minutes.
It usually takes three or four sessions to shift a problem
Payment either before the session gets underway or once it has ended.
It is recommended that payment is taken before the session gets underway as there is a fair chance that you will feel 'pleasantly spaced out' and then end of the session and are likely to 'float off' forgetting to pay!
The treatment for most problems should take three to four sessions
