OVERCOMING FEAR OF FLYING USING COGNITIVE HYPNOTHERAPY NLP & EMOTIONAL FREEDOM THERAPY (EFT)

It's a funny thing, fear of flying. Normal, everyday people who hold down responsible jobs, look after the children very ably indeed and at times perform daring tasks that require no end of nerve can suddenly go all jittery at the very though of getting on an aircraft.


One of the joys of living on an island is, well, living on an island but one of the pests is that you have either got to sail or fly off of the thing (for sea sickness see the appropriate page here).


The thing with fear of flying is that, on many occasions, it doesn't have much to do with being on an aircraft at all. The aircraft is, if you like, the 'perfect storm' of an underlying problem.


More often than not it is some form of 'loss of control' summed up by either 'I can't get out whenever I want to' or 'I am not in control of this aircraft and i don't trust the person who is'.


And then there is the 'if I die, who is going to look after my family' club of fearful flyers.


There are many different reasons that perfectly ordinary people have to hold on to a fear of flying but many many more to let it go.

Session Based Cognitive Hypnotherapy

Each session costs £95 and can last up to 90 minutes.

It usually takes three or four sessions to shift a problem

Payment either before the session gets underway or once it has ended.

It is recommended that payment is taken before the session gets underway as there is a fair chance that you will feel 'pleasantly spaced out' and then end of the session and are likely to 'float off' forgetting to pay!

The treatment for most problems should take three to four sessions
